Instructor’s Co-Ordinator

Beverley Allen
Senior Instructor's Co-Ordinator

With a career spanning 20+ years in child education, it would be difficult to find another person who successfully builds better rapport and relationships with young children than Beverley.

After nearly 30 years living and educating children in Hong Kong at Woodlands Preschool, Beverley moved back to her home of Australia in 2017.

Beverley’s broad skills include working directly with special needs children, behavioural and emotional development with a Montessori teaching philosophy plus assisting and guiding children on how to use various equipment, safely.

At Little Tradies, we like to refer to Beverley as the “Child Whisperer”. Beverley is the only person I have met who is able to encourage the children to work consistently and in the direction that will see their confidence and abilities grow. Beverley is also working as a School Learning Support Officer at a Lower North Shore Public School.

Lucinda Atkins
Instructor's Co-Ordinator

Lucinda studies primary education at Macquarie University, along with modern history and science. She has a passion for education and children with a background of nannying with numerous families. She’s choosing the career path of teaching as she firmly believes all children should be able to equitably access education as it enhances skills and overall quality of life. This passion is channeled into Little Tradies where she is to equip kids with practical skills to enhance their life, whether that is for leisure or potentially for their future careers.

Billie Wilson
Instructor's Co-Ordinator

Billie is currently studying a double degree of Education and Psychology at Macquarie University. Billie has a passion for design, education and children and her role at Little Tradies combines all 3 elements. Billie's attention to detail and eye for design has stemmed from a career in the design industry for the past 7 years. With a strong interest in sustainability, reusing and recycling has led to a weekend hobby of furniture restoration. This passion, creative flare and patient approach is brought to life at Little Tradies where she is coaching children to use their hands and open up their minds with new possibilities.
